Hi guys!
I must say you guys are doing fantastic, keep up all the great work.
For those that are not getting the results they want, keep in mind all that exercise will catch up with the scale.
Was was a good girl over the weekend no pie or cake.
I am hoping for a loss this week when I do my weigh in on Wednesday.
However I have not be getting as much exercise as I would have liked.
I have been getting lots of rest though.


It's all that fresh air at the cottage.
I went to bed of Sunday night at 2 am.
I slept till 3pm Monday!

Then I couldn't sleep last night, wonder why?

I can tell I haven't done it in awhile, because I had a hard time getting through the 2-minute cardio sections without stopping to catch my breath! Although it isn't the 60-minutes of exercise that Jillian Michaels recommends - it's better than no exercise.
