Shampoo

I've been using Alterna's Cavier Shampoo for a few months and it really works well.

I've also used Aveda's Rosemary Mint Shampoo but, like another poster said, it does tend to strip my hair a bit.

I have very fine, limp hair and my hair just does not do well with the drugstore shampoos. Believe me, I've tried them. Do you think I really WANT to spend all this money on shampoo??? :)

Finesse Moisturizing. I read through a few reviews adn this one was listed as one of the best out there... even compared to the really expensive brands. Gentle & good... smells nice too :)

Aussie Mega Shampoo and Knot Forgotten conditioner by Aussie also, I have a ton of hair so I take my shampoo very seriously. :teeth:

I use Redken Smooth Down shampoo and Redken Fresh Curls for my daughter.

I swear I've tried every shampoo but the best one for my curly, frizzy hair is Pantene (either the curl shampoo or the color protector - I go back and forth). It's the only thing that works for me and luckily it's cheap and easily available at the grocery store or Target.

I used to switch shampoo all the time until I started using Tigi's Dumb Blonde shampoo and conditioner. It has worked really well with my hair (color treated), and it smells good too.

another TIGI fan here, I love my Bedhead Moisture Maniac, makes my hair so soft and shiny. I most often use Dove though, works great, love the price.

Oh man!! Don't ask my DH about my shampoos. He'll have a fit! I right now have 7 bottles of the stuff in the shower and I'm running low!

I'm always switching around trying different brands because I have very fine, limp, wouldn't-hold-a-curl-for-nothing hair. One day I will find the magic one that works for me.

I use Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine, and my dd uses Aussie products. Her hair is super thick and curly, the Aussie stuff works great for her. It is too heavy for my hair though.

I also switch shampoos quite a bit...I personally feel the shampoo is not quite as important as the conditioner. Right now I am using Denorex for my naughty scalp, but I also like Dove.

I started using Pureology about a year ago. Seems to be treating my hair well.

I use the whatever -- but I do swear by Neutrongia???? spelling -- just something about it makes my hair squeaky clean.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the smell of Finesse and use that most often. I also like Salon Selectives, Suave, and V05.

I have very fine, very thin hair--it really sucks! I always try whatever new fancy expensive product I can find--shampoo, conditioner, other products; but nothing ever gives me body or texture so I just go back to suave or whatever is cheap. I think I do this out of spite. Stupid hair...I'll just use the cheap stuff and see how you like that. Honestly, I can't tell the difference when I go back to Suave.
