Before I go to bed I just have to say...oh, boy, I did not write my food yest or today, had some things in the wrong quantities. Have done well for 5/6 weeks. Will write my food, drink my water, and be accountable tomorrow. Also, and this hurts, I will not have any wine w dinner this week. I think sometimes the wine (only 1 glass) makes me a little weaker. So, no guilt, just keep on getting healthy. Thank-you. :wave2:
 
Sounds like you're learning what does and doesn't work for you. Bravo!!

This whole getting-healthy thing is about trial and error. If a glass of wine makes it easier for you to eat the junky stuff, then don't have the wine, or at least cut back to half a glass. You'll find what works for you! ::yes::

Thanx Doe, just got in from work. Snack and dis time. Soy chips and caramel inst. coffee all 3pts. Feelin ok today. Wrote my food, checked the water, etc. I have to be one of those anal people to stay focused. Oh well, if it works I'll keep doin it. :goodvibes
