Shaka Shoes - Hawaiian Crocs

I found this -

Holey Soles and Crocks were manufactured by the same factory at one time. They both starting manufacturing and marketing their shoes within the same time frame.

Crocs contuned to order through the same factory where Holey Soles took their production overseas to cut down on manufacturing costs and keep up with the demand. The shoes are manufactured in China.

The only diff that I find between Holey Soles and Cros (if we are talknig about the original mould) is the rivets and the positioning of the holes on the top of the shoes. Otherwise they are identical in quality.

The new moulds for Holey Soles have improved rivets (for the strap model), new bright colors, logo imbedded in the heel of the shoe and on the strap.

I also found that both the Shaka and Holey Soles sell for about $25. So they are cheaper than Crocs but you probably have to order them, so in the end the price is about the same.

Someone also mentioned on a discussion board that Shaka shoes are softer than Crocs.

Anyone try the allheart.com shoes? There are so many of these types. But the allheart ones are like $10.99...made for medical community....don't know anyone who's tried them though.
