The sleeper sofa is in the same room. I think someone referred you to the pics, but it's basically the same set-up as other Disney hotels with daybeds....2 beds on one side against wall, armoire on other wall at foot of beds, sofa on armoir wall between it and the window. Table/chairs between bed and window.
As for the suites, those are all new...not yet been revealed, so unless they post some layouts, we may not know until they open. That said, though, from the online description it sounds like a separate bedroom and living area...

The Junior Suite is an oversized one bedroom suite that will easily sleep 6 persons. Bedroom features one King size bed and full bath.
