We are considering staying at SOG in June and would like some information on the rooms. I cannot find specific room layouts on their website. My husband and I are going with our children and my father. We would like to know if the sleeper sofa is in a separate area or in the same room as the double beds. Also they mention a Junior Suite. Does anyone know the layouts of their standard rooms or the Junior Suite? Or do you know where I can find pictures of these rooms on the internet?

Thanks,
Mona

The sleeper sofa is in the same room. I think someone referred you to the pics, but it's basically the same set-up as other Disney hotels with daybeds....2 beds on one side against wall, armoire on other wall at foot of beds, sofa on armoir wall between it and the window. Table/chairs between bed and window.

As for the suites, those are all new...not yet been revealed, so unless they post some layouts, we may not know until they open. That said, though, from the online description it sounds like a separate bedroom and living area...

From the site:

The Junior Suite is an oversized one bedroom suite that will easily sleep 6 persons. Bedroom features one King size bed and full bath. Living area includes two Queen size sleeper sofas and a dining area as well as an additional bathroom. Suite also contains a small kitchenette with refrigerator, coffeemaker, and sink.

The Suite is an extra large, one bedroom suite that will comfortably sleep 8 persons . Bedroom features one King size bed and full bath. Living area includes two Queen size sleeper sofas, a Queen size Murphy bed, and a dining area. Suite also contains a small kitchenette with refrigerator, coffeemaker, and sink.

I think you will love SOG, WE stayed there in 2000 and it was great, it will only be better when redone. We had a room facing the Mickey pool , it was great for our daughter and other kids in our party.
