Shades of Green Restaurants

Can "Joe Public" eat in the restaurants at Shades of Green? We were guests there a few years ago and enjoyed the restaurants. It would be convenient to our visits to Magic Kingdom. Thank you.

Are you staying at a WDW resort? Are you "qualified" to stay at SOG? Meaning, an ID card or LES.
