Chicken Tenders - Tender strips of chicken served with your choice of barbeque or honey mustard sauce. $4.50

Spinach and Artichoke Dip - A unique blend of artichokes and spinach topped with cheese and served bubbly hot with garlic croutons. $5.95

Shrimp Cocktail - Fresh chilled jumbo shrimp on a bed of greens accompanied by a savory cocktail sauce. $7.95

Pot Stickers - Pork-stuffed Chinese-style dumplings served either steamed or fried with our very own Oriental dipping sauce. $5.95

French Onion Soup - Traditional onion soup served in a hot crock topped with a large crouton and melted provolone and swiss cheese. $3.50

All entrees are served with a house Caesar Salad.

Chicken Teriyaki - Tender chunks of chicken slowly cooked in a teriyaki sauce served over white rice. $8.95

Mediterranean Pasta - White wine sauce with tomato, garlic, kalamata olives, spinach, and feta cheese served over pasta. $10.95 Chicken $12.95 Shrimp $13.95

Shrimp Ravioli - Ravioli filled with ricotta cheese and shrimp served in a lobster cream sauce. $12.95

Grilled Chicken Over Bowties - Bowtie Pasta tossed with sautéed spinach, mushrooms, onion, and plum tomatoes tossed in a light tomato sauce, finished with Parmesan cheese and topped with a marinated grilled chicken breast. $11.95

The following entrees are served with the Chef’s selection of vegetables and your choice of rice, baked potato, mashed potato, or french fries.

Country Fried Steak - A tender cubed steak lightly breaded then seasoned, just like grandma used to make. $11.95

Full Back of Ribs - Our chef's own smoked and seasoned pork ribs, featuring Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce. $16.95

Coconut Shrimp - Rum marinated Jumbo shrimp, breaded in coconut and deep-fried served with a tropical fruit dipping sauce. $13.95

Grilled Rib eye Steak - A tender, juicy rib eye grilled to your liking. $18.95

BBQ Chicken and Ribs - Sweet Baby Rays BBQ chicken breast served with a half rack of our very own SOG smoked pork ribs. $14.95

Top Butt Sirloin Steak - Charred and seasoned top sirloin steak cooked the way you want it. $15.95

Pork Ossobuco - Marinated Pork Shank slowly cooked for hours in it’s own juices until tender. $12.95

Mahi Mahi - Florida’s favorite fish. A boneless filet seasoned and cooked just the way you like it grilled, baked or blackened. $14.95

Surf and Turf - A pan-seared medallion of beef tenderloin served with four shrimp sautéed in garlic butter. $17.95
 

I could be wrong, but I thought Shades of Green was just for miltary people. Including the restaurant. We stayed there when it was the Golf Resort, then Disney Inn, and they had a nice restaurant. It would be nice to eat there if possible. Also, what new Italian restaurant?
 
All I see for Mangianos is West Palm Beach, and Tampa. But what about Shades of Green? Is that open for everyone?

Ah Okay. It wouldn't have surprised me if it was past of the Chain because DOD is contracting a lot of things out in services...for instance here one of the base Clubs will have a Chili's in it and we the new BX Mall opens it will have a Macaroni Grill.

My guess is that it is open only to Military but I am not 100%.
 
I do know that DOD can eat at the Garden Gallery. My DW is DOD and we stayed a couple years ago at SOG and ate several times at the Garden Gallery.

That would be nice! I wish the bases in Charleston would have nice resturants at them!!

I am sorry, I didn't answer the question correctly ....the restaurant is probably only open to those eligible to stay at SOG.

We are currently at Ramstein, there is also a TGIFridays on base in Heidelberg. My guess is that this is just happening at OCONUS Bases. Although I could see it at an AFRC location.
