We just got back yesterday from WDW. While we were in the Shades of Green ticket office (3rd floor, CR) we noticed a sign offering a taste testing luncheon at Shades of Green. It was held on Wednesday, September 3. They wanted people to come and sample the products they are thinking of serving at the resort when it re-opens. It was $7 per person, and transportation was provided from the CR. You can eat all you like, and at the end you just answer a short survey letting them know what you liked and didn't like.
My DH, myself, my DS (10) and DD (8) all enjoyed it. They served a lot of chicken choices, some pork and turkey, some appetizers and a lot of different desserts. They also had water and lemonade to drink.
It sure was a great deal in terms of price, as we all know that lunch at WDW can cost far more than that!
They said they try to hold these luncheons 2 times a month, so ask about it when you are in the office.
