Shades of Green dining...advice please!!!

Can anyone tell me how the food is at the Shades of Green resort? Specifically Evergreens and the buffet....THX!!!!!!!

I havent been to the Shades since they overhauled it and opened this year! What I do remember is that it wasnt that bad. Although there isnt any of the atmosphere that you get from being over in the MK.

I believe that Sundays and Wednesdays are the prime rib buffets at $15 it is the best value on Disney property !
