I don't have a reservation at Shades, but I was wondering how they're handling the shut down and refunds. Is it easy? Difficult? Getting a package deal through Disney means you can easily get a refund, or shift your dates if things happen, like the current Covid 19 pandemic. However, with the Shades of Green being military owned, how does that work? Thanks in advance.
