Why am I addicted to this song :confused3

I have no idea... I can't stand that song... :sad2:

Oh, and i am sorry, that's just my opinion, and you know what people say about opinions...

I think my *thing* with it was because we watched "So you think you can dance" every week and this was a song they danced to and we loved the dance so I associate it with that dance.

I am 34 years old. I am NOT bringin' sexy back :lmao: :rolleyes1 :rotfl2:

On my Ipod, I have the soundtrack of Wicked, I have the song I Could Have Danced All Night (My Fair Lady), I have The Battle Hymn Republic (sung by the Mormon Tabernacle Choir). I Walk the Line :teeth: The Gambler  They are just a few of the Old Lady Songs that I have downloaded.

Yet, something in me thinks I'm bringing Sexy Back :rotfl:

If you like it...look up some benny benasi stuff.

I am joining you on this! I am addicted to this song too! I change the station every few minutes in the car to find it (as its playing on all the stations now)
My dd was in a restaurant in NYC tonight celebrating her friends birthday and this song came on and she called me to let me hear it!

They play it all the time around here. . .

It's annoying yet addicting. How is that?!

Well, I'm quite a bit older than you, (let's just leave it at that!), and I love this song as well! I first heard it when the four finalists danced to it on "So You Think You Can Dance". We've got tickets to the Boston show of the SYTYCD Tour, and they're dancing to Sexy Back. I'm very excited!

I'm also obsessed with the Ramalama Bang Bang song. My DD has both of these songs on her IPod and I'm always asking her to play them! :rotfl2:

:rotfl: me too! Both accounts...older and obsessed! :rotfl:

I have the Ramalama Bang Bang tivoed and I can't tell you how many times we have watched that thing. Luckily, all 3 of us loved that dance and song and so it isn't annoying anyone ... yet!

Wouldn't you love to see them perform that song in a MK MNSVSHP parade?! I think it'd be perfect during the season--parade or stage!

I like it, too! I am sure I will get sick of it soon, though. It is always on!

Haha..everyone I know just loves this song! Every time it comes on, my six year old ds gets up and dances! LOL There's just something about JT, I tell ya....

HEY luvflorida...I'm assuming your ticket traumas worked out? Can't wait til 10/8!

I only like this song 'cause it makes me think of Travis Wall (SYTYCD)! Only in a motherly, he's such an amazing dancer way, as I am old too. I think an added plus of that show was discovering music we wouldn't have listened to otherwise.

I feel the same way about Travis, and you are so right about discovering all this new music!

Yes, I managed to get six tickets to the tour. Four of the seats are in the first row of the second section of the orchestra. They're excellent seats with nobody sitting directly in front of us because there is an open section between the first and second orchestra sections. Four was the maximum number of tickets allowed for one person to purchase on the pre-sale day. Fortunately, I managed to get two more tickets the next day, but they're in row Z of the balcony.

My daughter and her two friends will get three of the orchestra seats. Two of the moms will end up in the balcony. The moms insist that I take the other orchestra seat because I was the one who went through all the trouble of getting the tickets. I'm thinking maybe we can all take turns using the orchestra seat. We're all very excited about seeing the show! :Pinkbounc
