What did it say? What happened next? Where was Berger that he wasn't in bed with her?

"Sorry

I just can't.

Berger."

So that's that. I can't remember if that was the very end. Did you see Charlotte and Harry? Miranda told her boss she needed to cut down to 50 hours a week. The next day at breakfast Charlotte shows off her ring, Carrie shows them the post-it that Berger used to break up with her. Covering Charlottes ring, she says paper covers rock.

Carrie was so mad, she whacked the vase full of carnations he had given her. They flew all over the place, and water was dripping. That was the end. Wow!

What a jerk, but at least it sets up for a season finale with Big.

Harry didn't have a ring at the singles night, did he? I loved when the women said that they'd definitely be coming back next week.

How about working only 50 hours a week? Wow! Part time hours!

I didn't see a ring at the single's party. When Harry proposed, I cried. It was so sweet! Those 2 have great chemistry! I was also touched by Miranda's story line. I thought tonight's show was really good.

I really really don't understand they develope the storyline. First Burger's behavor is totally different from his character. He's supposed to be this care free confident guy. All of a sudden, he's all sensitive and selfish. I just don't see him walking out of Carrie's house the night after.

Then, I don't understand why Mr Bigg will keep calling back. He's the jerk, not Burger. He's supposedly the friend, the one who doesn't want a relationship.

And what's with Harry and the engagement? Where did that come from?

Oh well. It really used to be a better show. Carrie shopped at Century 21?? Please.... that's for people like me, not her!

First off, that last blind date Charlotte went on with (at the mixer, right before she saw Harry), was SMOKIN HOT!! (Sorry, I'm single, 35 - da hormones! ) Second, that was totally sweet re "the proposal." How cute! I was actually surprised to see the Berger note at the end - but let's face it, although they had writing in common they didn't have a whole lot else. And props to Miranda for taking a "cut" to spend time with that lil red-headed baby of hers God, I love that show......

off her ring and carrie showing the note part. My show ended with carrie wacking the flowers off the table and standing there
looking at them after reading the note. If Carrie gets together with "Big", I'm going to be really disappointed. He's a boozer and

the part about charlotte's ring and the paper covers rock thing was in the previews for next week.

i guess i am the only one...but i am a huge fan of a carrie and big pairing. i LOVE them together!! i think that maybe, just maybe, they will reunite before the end of the series...his move away will have made him realize what a moron he's been and he'll come back to carrie...i think he's great! i just about melted when he called her last night. maybe i like him so much cuz he reminds me of how my DH was prior to us reuniting. (he's not a boozer) i meant by his attitude. he's got this on the outside, i really don't care whatsoever, but on the inside, he's all mush.

i must be in the minority though...

i will be so sad when this show ends...

I vote for Big and Carrie. They are both self-centered enough for one another and they always come back to one another. Maybe the whole premise will be that he has mellowed, with the wine he's making, in Napa.

But.... Carrie really needs to stop wearing those godawful clothes If I bought a Prada outfit, I'd sure as hell not buy that dress she got, it's just plain gross! :lol:

I like Big. I hated it when he wouldnt make any kind of a commitment to Carrie. Then came Aidan--he would have been my #1 choice for Carrie. Totally hot and very nice. But Carrie blew it. I was trying to go with the Berger thing. He is a cutie but no Aidan. I just have a hard time seeing a "normal" relationship between Carrie and Big after all the stuff they have been through and stuff he put her through but I wont be unhappy if they end up together.

I thought I read that David Duchovney (sp?) was going to be Carrie's new love interest. I think it was in Entertainment Weekly, anyway. Somebody very worldly.

I'm not sure that Carrie is destined to end up with somebody. I picture her life going from one relationship to another, with Big making cameos now and again.

Anyone know how many more episodes are left? Are they doing any this winter, or is this it?

ok...i just checked the SATC website (HBO)...there are 20 episodes left in the series. 12 will be aired this summer and the remaining 8 will begin airing in january.

i will be so bummed when it's over. my friend got me hooked on the show in about season 3, i think. whatever season it was when Big got married to that gal...

Ooh, he's not hard to look at. I just kept wanting to get a razor on Berger's face. When stubble looks good it's one thing. He just looked unkempt.

I'm with you, RUDisney. Berger never did for me. He always looked like an unmade bed, and he's such a sad sack! I want Carrie and Big to get together. I've watched the show since season 1 or 2. I just think big is the love of her life.

I thought last night's show was awesome. I can't wait to see how they all end up, but I'll be so sorry to see the show end!

I sure would like to see Berger shaved too! He's proven himself a neurotic though so I hope he's gone and forgotten. They should have stopped when the whoppie wasn't workin'.
I really do like Big but he's gonna have to detox for me to like him for Carrie-he just looks like he smells like stale booze all the time.
His "I just came for the scotch" line reinforced that for me and he's always got a glass in his hand. Maybe he and Carrie will grow old talkin' on the phone and retire together somewhere where she can shop and they can find a nurse for him-like the French Riviera. How's that for a fast forward!? Duchovny would be fun. She needs someone who will play with her until they grow too tired to play. Personally, I liked the "jazz man!"

I thought the episode was good. I don't like Carrie & Burger together anyway!!

I have a question. Did anyone notice Carrie's cell phone?? I LOVE LOVE LOVE the cover it had on it! Its the same phone I have, the Motorola T720. So does anyone know where the heck I can get that cover?? It was pink & it sparkled! They had one close up shot & it almost looked like it had individual "jewels" on it! So if anyone can help, please see my new post I'm putting up to "ralley the troops" & help me find it on the net!!!!!
