I honestly don't know what we are doing yet. The girls' school schedule has been released for the 2012-13 school year, so I know that they have a really long (excessively) Spring Break next year... They are off March 6-17th. I am seriously considering another trip during that time... I'd like to start saving now, and if a great code gets released, I'd like to jump on it - rather than to bust my behind sewing like a mad woman for 5 months before we leave. If there's no code - we probably won't go... Or we could just stay at Shades of Green.

Their school calendar hasn't been released for 2013-14 yet, so I don't know what their vacation days will be in Oct or Nov. Ideally... I'd like to take a nice trip in March, and book a bounceback while we are down there for Oct or Nov (a short trip - a very short trip)... I dunno if that will happen though.

I have a lot on my plate today!

MM has a vet appt to get weighed and a couple of booster shots... That's right away this morning.

Then I have to go to town... Would you believe that I am out of black zippers? Crazy. While I am there, I plan to get supplies for my next 3 bag orders, and my Main Street Boutiques custom release - which I am super excited about!

It's also friday - so I need to make my weekly stop at Papa Murphys - now that Lent is over.

I am nearly done with my latest bag order. If I can get back early enough today, I might be able to finish it up... I am very happy with it so far - I can only hope that the person that ordered it is happy with it too. I actually added an extra detail that made me fall in love with the bag all over again - so I am excited for everyone to see it and give their opinions.

I still have to make the accessories to go with it, but I still hope to be done today.

I thought you were going to plan an October 2013 trip and here you go trying to sneak an earlier trip in!!!! We stayed at AKL and truth be told, after staying there I think I would be disappointed in anything else. Than again, I would love to try other resorts. I've been to Dis way to many times to count, but last time was the only time we stayed at a resort. We used to stay with family that lived in Orlando, but they were relatives of my sister's ex so while they are super nice people, not sure how they'd feel about me calling them after 10 years for a free stay

We have another second showing on our house though -- so maybe I could swing a spring trip! It will be just dd and I but if I can persuade my sister to come it would help with expenses.

Off to work out right out. Then I have to clean and then sew - I think I'm going to do the orphanage blankets today, so nothing exciting, but if I get those done I can ship them off to Lisa. I also pulled down my bin of fleece when Amy was over so can see what I have for girls blankets and then finally get it back up on the shelf and out of the way. DH took the morning off and took DS fishing so I'm supposed to be productive while they are gone and have been on pinterest all morning instead.

Productive...productive...hmm, can't seem to remember what THAT word is supposed to mean....

I have just spent over 2 hours just trying to get the dishwasher loaded and wipe down counter tops! Really, REALLY hard to clean and keep the foot elevated!

I would LOVE to be able to get down to the studio and work, but it is SOOOOOO not happening today! The house is in bad enough shape that I NEED to clean it, but it is taking so much time I doubt I'll even finish the kitchen today! Maybe I can get a couple more loads of laundry done (one of those things that no one can figure out how to do if Mom is not able to stay on their backs to make sure it gets done!) and get the guest/kids bathroom smelling guest friendly again I can pretend the house is guest ready...and tomorrow spend some time in the studio!

I hope it works out you get to stay at AKL - I don't know if I'd stay there again without a code.. lots of $$ esp if you don't spend a ton of time at the resort, don't get me wrong we loved staying there, just don't know if I could justify staying there the entire trip.

The suspense! The suspense! Now I'll have to sit on pins and needles again to see what changes you made to your bag that would make them even MORE awesome!

I must admit, I am beyond envious of your kids' spring break next year. That's a LOT of time off. My DH is a teacher and I sure wish HE'D get time off like that so we could do something fun like trying to skip down for a trip. We live so far away and have such a large family that flying isn't really an option for us, so that basically leaves summertime for our trips. I would love to stay at one of the Disney resorts one day. My SIL is a DOD civilian, so we'll actually be staying at Shades this go around and it's the closest I have ever been to being on property and I am sooooooooooo excited about it!

I haven't had time to read the whole thread, but I did read your whole trip report so far and the last couple pages of the thread. I'm thoroughly enjoying your updates and the parade...TDF! I was so excited for you when you posted that on Facebook. I loved seeing all the photos!

MM is adorable! I was wondering if you were in on his arrival or if Josh had surprised you, too. That must have been so hard to keep those photos and cuteness from the girls!

So, after seeing what a wonderful time you all had, is your dh interested in going next time? Either way, I'm excited for you possibly planning another one!

For you bag I would definitely do an auction. And I don't think you will have to worry. Some did RTS (ready to ship) and others did auctions.

Can't go in April - no school vacation... The only time the girls are on vacation next year is TG, Christmas and Spring Break - they have a few extra days here and there, but nothing major. I would love to meet you... How about you go in March? LOL

second - what happened to POFQ being the only place you'd ever stay? I still want to try out some other resorts . . . but my dream locale is Boardwalk and/or Beach Club . . .in a villa. . . notice I said DREAM. I'm also sort of interested in the Cabins at Ft Wilderness (the boys really liked it there when we went for MBYBBQ). . .
