Seville suggestions

We are doing Seville on your own excursion with Disney. Any suggestions on what we can do once we're there? LOL Didn't plan this one out too well...the Cathedral is sold out for the day...at least I can't find any tickets without a tour. Any other suggestions would be appreciative! Thanks!

I was just in Seville (not on a cruise)

Either the Alcazar or Casa de Pilatos would be my suggestions! I spent about 2.5 hours in the Alcazar. Casa de Pilatos has the most amazing tiles and patios.

In addition you could consider the following:
Hospital de los Venerables has the most amazing church and courtyard
Palacio de las Duenas
Iglesias de Santa Maria la Blanca

I tried to date a guy from Seville when I lived in Spain in 2002...but alas, no luck.

I recommend the Alcázar for sure (the castle) and maybe walking over to the Plaza de España. It's a beautiful city to walk around with cool old stuff everywhere. There's also a pretty good art museum a little north of the center city, if that's your thing (I'd rather explore stuff outside).

Keep checking on the Cathedral, it's worth it if you can get in. As many have said, the Alcazar for sure would be my second stop. Also Seville is a great city to wander and shop. It has lots of little boutiques hidden down small side streets. If you enjoy shopping leave some time to peek in all the places.
