Seven Mile beaches

Does anyone have any idea where along Seven Mile Beach in Grand Cayman is the best place to go for a beach break? We are looking for someplace that may not get large crowds and have a smooth beach that isn't too rocky or steep. Thanks!

One of the most well known public access to the beach is at the Holiday Inn. There are many other small public alleys that you can walk to the beach from the main road, but you won't have all the conveniences on things like clean restrooms, foods/drinks, freshwater showers, sporting equip, etc. There are also paid access, where you pay a certain amount (like $3 pp) to use their facilities (showers, chairs, tables, etc.)

I heard there is a steep drop off when swimming at the Holiday Inn beach. Don't mean to be a downer, but it's something everyone needs to be aware of, especially if you will be taking children there.
