On 9am Magic Kingdom park opening days, what time does the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train actually start running (for early morning breakfast guests, for example)?

On 9am Magic Kingdom park opening days, what time does the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train actually start running (for early morning breakfast guests, for example)?

It usually starts a few minutes before the park opens. This is not guaranteed though. I have ridden a couple of times in a row after BOG, and I've also been told that it's down and they don't know when it'll be running .... It's luck of the draw.

Not necessarily. Once the CMs are all ready, they'll start. That could be at 8:55. If it's ready to operate in time for park open, it is most likely that you'll get to ride at least once before the crowds from the front make it back to the ride.
