For roller coaster/ thrill ride people I am sure it is. If you have anxiety about drops or heights this is not remotely true.
OP: I do not love BTMRR or 7 Dwarfs. I do ride them though. If I had to pick one, I definitely like 7 Dwarfs better. I think the smoothness makes its so much better for me than the jerky BTMRR. You should be fine if you can do BTMRR!
^^^I am like the previous poster, mindeola - I don't love either and not sure which one I'd choose over the other. I am just barely able to ride BTMRR and prefer the front (never do any other coaster or Splash). I usually only do it once a trip. I wasn't any less calm on 7DMT but did it 2 or 3 times last trip (first trip riding it). I didn't get used to it, though it was a short ride. I've decided that I'm not doing either the next trip. But, it's definitely worth going on once if you can do BTMRR. Sit in the front if you can.
Huh...didn't realize it was 39'. Honestly, it truly doesn't feel like it. It goes awful slowly down that drop...as coasters go. I think the smoothness and quiet of it also makes it seem less intense.
7DMT has always been a disappointment... If the hype had not been so big then maybe it wouldn't be so. we will do 7DMT if we get a FP.. we will do BTMRR multiple times.. its one of the best.
Yup. I do think that it has some nice effects, but I was hoping for something like Everest or Rock n Roller Coaster, or even better like California Screamin'. Personally think Disney really screwed up with this one. Could have made a great thrill coaster but didn't. Perhaps Tron will be that ride at MK?

It's really not intense, just somewhat of a feeling of force on the turns. We always end up in/near the back so we probably feel it more than those up front
7DMT also gives you a "break" to catch your breath between the coaster sections, so if you're not loving the ride, there's a slower portion to calm down for abit on. Also, it's very short!
Thanks for the vote of confidence, but I had an anxiety attack going up the incline on the log flume!!!! What goes up must come down ! I nearly flat lined on Crushin' Gusher @ Typhoon...
