Seven days at IOA? Universal--how do you find enough at two parks to do for 7 days?

We're doing UO/IOA this upcoming trip and Busch Gardens and Sea World. Since DH broke his foot, we'll be abandoning our commando touring and taking our time. We'll do a day at Busch Gardens, a day at Sea World, and then we'll have 4 days to visit Universal. We're roller coaster junkies, so we'll ride our favorites a few times each. If you're interested in Busch Gardens/Sea World, they were running a 7 day $85 special, too, for both parks. If you only want to do those 4, it's cheaper than the Orlando Flexpass, if that special is still running.
