settle a debate I'm having w/dd -

Gosh I've never paid any attention to seams or proportions or anything - the skirt looks good on her - or so I think -

SHe doesn't have curves since she's only 11 - but she does have a clear waist & hips.

So I'm guessing as long as it doesn't fall off of her & she likes it ok then we're good to go - so that means it'll be worn on her waist -
