Hi Beth...yes, I'm awake....I posted quite some time ago
I'm working on my recipe files (remember... don't ask )
and then doing the BIG mall with Christin after she gets home from school She needs retail therapy in a major way before heading back to the store-less east side!!
But, I need to behave myself there.....and not look at "my" things.

Hi everyone!!

Thank you so much for your kind words. I just hate being the downer of the thread. Im doing a little better today. So far I have talked to my office manager about my work load and I plan on talking to the doctor...my boss about my work load. Between work and home and this stomach problem Ive just been a stressed out mess. Im also starting a new med for my stomach. Thank you Jodie for suggesting I do some research. I found a med that isnt used initially but as a second line med when the first line meds dont work. I called the doctor today and he put me on it. Its Reglan. Im also starting on Buspar for the anxiety that both my stomach and work are causing. Im praying these will be the things that work for me. Im so sick of being sick. Jodie you are right Im just about at the end of my rope with it.

Jennifer Im glad the achies are gone and pray that the cough goes away quickly for you also. Only three weeks till you are at the WORLD Woooooooohooooooooo!!!!

Jeannie get some sleep little lady. We dont need you getting sick because you are run down.

One more day to get up that early. Amazing what a difference 45 minutes-an hour makes......but of course then that means my baby has left

Well, I guess I could just glance at TDS, Yankee and Hallmark at the charms Beth gave permission, right?

Has anyone that ordered from Heavenly Treasures received their charms yet? Or get an "order has been sent" notice? I was just wondering how long they take

Nancy, I got a phone call on Tuesday, I think it was, from Heavenly Treasures. They were putting my order in the mail that day and since they are located in NJ, I would guess I might see something today or tomorrow! That is, IF it was sent 1st class. I would hazard a guess of 5 days to Washington?

Hi Beth! No meetings today, just working on a project to test a new system we want to use.

Sorry, but I came onto this thread after you had started having problems with your stomach. What exactly do they call your condition (only if you want to tell me). I hope you feel better and hope the new meds help.

Karen, Glad to hear you did some research and were able to suggest something to your doc! I have all my fingers and all my toes crossed for you that the new meds will work. Heck, I'll even cross my eyes if you want!!! It's just a daggone shame that this is dragging on so long for you. And don't you worry about being a downer on this thread! The "I'm a Princess" thing really works wonders.
Nope, no miniature. Its an Oritron DVD player. Plays CD-R/RW and MP3's, too.
Read about it on another board and checked to see if we had any left. Luckily, I got the last one!
So now I have a DVD player for my bedroom!! WOO HOO!

Looks like I'm getting a new computer. Not that I need one, but Cameron does, and Tom would rather I have the new system and Cam take this one. My first Dell. We've always had local 'puter geek tech dudes build them before. Anybody that has Dell and has GOOD experiences, let's hear'em... bad experiences...don't wanna know, cuz it's already ordered. I guess I should be kind've psyched about this, but frankly little seems to excite me these days. Ho hum.... I need to go learn how to skydive or hang glide or something... I'm way too bored these days....actually, I think I was born bored.

Kim, DH has a Dell laptop (I think his whole company has Dells). He likes it a lot. No problems with his so far....and I hear that tech support is great!
I actually don't like getting a new computer....too much work getting everything the way I like it again (I'm a creature of habit)....but I sure would liek this one to go FASTER!!!

That card got to you fast Sherry.....and now that I have a birthday list (or a partial one anyway), I hope I don't miss any birthdays.

Karen, Way to go girl! Keep up the good work...don't give up and don't let the drs. give up! I had a dr. give me Buspar for Migraines once....well, he tried. He first tried Zoloft. I took it for three days, and on the third day, COULD NOT get to sleep that night, so I bailed on the Zoloft...called him, told him I'd stopped taking it, so he said to come in and get some Buspar samples... I was so afraid of it doing the same thing to me that Zoloft had done, I never went in for the samples. Thankfully I haven't had a migraine in 3 years, but sometimes feel like I'm borrowed time in that respect, and as yet, still don't have a solution for them except going in for a shot of Nubain WHEN they do come on.

Beccy, digital camera! Woah! That's wild! Makes my Walmart bra story pretty mild. LOL! Actually, it wasn't their fault and I sort've expected it, but ticked me off none the less. Mom gave me two cheapy little Walmart bras for Christmas. Well, first of all, I don't WANT a Walmart bra, I'm spoiled....second of all, they were too small. Yeah, go figure...who knew there was such a thing for me?! Anyhoo....Mom cut all the tags off, so they wouldn't take them back. I guess I can understand, but sheesh, they know they carry it...just go back and look at one in the store, get the price and retag the stupid things. Oh well...maybe Cameron can use them as slingshots or something.
