OK here's the plan! All of us East Coasters will do a road trip in my van to the meet....good suggestion Beth!!! Those South of me....take the train up! I don't think there is anyone North of me is there? And Beth...I'd swing around and pick you up on the way! We could share the driving and the fun!!! Karen....I KNOW Amtrak runs to Richmond...one could say, been there, done that!! Then we will drive out Westward to a more central location for all! Sounding good? Now where? Hee hee...this is gonna take awhile. At some point we will have to pick 2 or 3 places that we like and vote on it. Too tired to work this out tonight but we have a start. There ar lots of folks not heard from yet.

Somebody asked where the Buzz was that the meet pic was taken in front of? That Buzz is in front of the new Toy Store in DTD....AWESOME PLACE!!! All of us kids had fun there!!! Sherry...what a cute picture!!! Definately a fun picture day on the ship tonight!!

Well... although Jeannie is pretty cute, and she does have that siggy and all... hmmmm.... lemme' think... ummm....ahhh... naw...she's happy with Bonnie I'm sure, and hey you and I have been through some pretty wild duct tape battles together... we make a pretty good team.

Ahhh... the Mel/Kim thing. Yep, my lip is zipped. Okay, well, I'll give you this little tidbit. I doubt you sound like Mel Blanc. And I can bet you don't look anything like Mel Brooks *or* Mel Blanc. That's all I'll say. No more. Zipping lip once again.

Oh good.. thanks, that helped tons. Well, at least I now know you don't think I look like Mel Brooks... I guess that's good. Oh... and as far as getting to 1971 posts... you'll be there in no time if you keep whooping it up with the YaYas!

Another time and fund limited yaya checking in. I've been to WDW twice in the last 1-1/2 years so another visit to House of Mouse is out for me. So, no Elaine, I don't think you're terrible either.

And Jodie, Jeannie is north of you and so is Pam.

I do know what Ann means about expectations. Long before the DIS, I met an internet friend who I had been talking to for years thru an adoption support group. When we finally met face to face, we found we really had nothing in common other than our kids, and really didn't like each other. I think our expectations got in the way of really getting to know each other.

At the DIS meets I have been to so far, this hasn't been a problem. But I sure appreciate the thoughts, Ann.

I was doing some catching up and see where there has been mention of a Ya Ya meet.

Where do I sign up? I think I could go most anywhere? Weekends are better for me or maybe a long weekend that starts with Friday or ends on Monday. That way I only have to find a teensitter for one day that I would be gone.

I knew that my time was limited tonight for chatting with you all. I went to a 7th grade girl's basketball game, an Athletic Boosters Fund Raising meeting(thank you Steve), had papers to grade and prepare tomorrow's lesson. Just didn't leave enough time for you Ya Yas. Bad Betty Sketty!!!

Mall of America? Ooooo....talk about shop till ya drop!!!! Now that could be fun ya'll. How far a drive is that from Va.? Pam and Jeannie are North of me?
