services with in park resorts

i have read that certain stores will deliever your soveniers to your hotel room if you stay onsite is that right???? if so, does anyone know where i can find a list of what stores do do this and what ones do not???? thanks for the assistance!!!

In my past experience, all gift shops in the parks but maybe not the kiosks will deliver them to your room. When you buy something that you want delivered to your room, you fill out a form at the gift shop. Then it will be delivered to your room the next day. So that means that anything that you buy on the day before you leave or the day you leave can not be sent to your room. This delivery service has worked well for me as long as I keep in mind not to use it the day before I leave.

Last year they would only deliver it to the gift shop and we would pick them up once a day. We were at AKL and it worked out fine for us. So save the copy of the ticket they give you and it will be much faster to pick up your things.

When DS bought a toy rifle in Frontierland (from a cart vendor) one year, we had it delivered back to our resort.

I LOVE that about shopping in the parks!!!! Use it every time I can.

I just wouldn't do package delivery near the end of your trip.....

In May we had our purchases sent from the parks to our resort a few times. Near the end of our trip though, it was a Thursday afternoon in Epcot, we had our family picture taken & made into a poster at the Kodak Picture Labs in Epcot. We were told it would be ready for pick-up at our resort gift shop the next day, (Friday) after 1 p.m. Well, that was fine because we weren't checking out until Saturday.

Well Friday afternoon we went & our poster had not been delivered. They said they didn't know what happened but it should be there with the next delivery, Sat. at 1:00 p.m....I replied that we were scheduled to check-out at 11:00 a.m. but it wasn't really a problem for us..we just got a late 1:00 p.m. check-out like we usually do. For some people who have a flight to catch it could be a problem. We drove & had our van, thank goodness, we could wait.

Hi Adam1217 , just as dnoyes and Donald is # 1 says all shop deliver to the gift shops at the resorts. You fill out a form and pick it up the next day at your resort gift shop. I just returned and had my packages delivered to the resorts gift shop I was staying at hopes this info helps. Also the packages were available for pick-up after 3:00pm.

If you're staying concierge, they will deliver it to your room, SAME DAY!
If you're not staying concierge, they will deliver it to your resort gift shop and you must pick it up there.

Just as a side note, the shops will also send your purchases to the front gate and hold them there for you to pick up on your way out that day if you want them to. You do not have to be staying at a WDW resort for that service. Beats carrying your stuff around

Any where you can purchase gifts from they will be glad to send them to your room. Just remember they need at less 24 hours to deliver.
