I am going to WDW in October with my 2 brothers, SIL, SIL's sister and my nephew. I have been 4 times in the past year and a half and really am just going to see my nephew experience everything. My SIL was talking about dinner reservations (they are not big planners, so they are just starting now to look at what is available) and how the places she wants are not available so she is going to pay some service she heard about to watch for openings and book the ADRs (and FP+ selections) for her. I have never heard of this and was trying to get more info about it.
Has anyone used (or heard of) such a service and have any feedback on it? It just seems weird to me.
Thanks for any info.

This is the first trip I have been involved with that everyone wasn't pretty much on the same page as far as plans go, so it is just going to be different. Luckily myself and my youngest brother are more go with the flow types than the other 3 adults going so we can easily adapt.
