Service Project or Community Service in Disney

Planning a trip with about 100 girls in their early 20's. The want to do some type of project or community service while in Disney. Does anyone know of any programs or something that they could participate in.

Since Disney is a private for profit business a project at Disney would decidedly not be community service.

That said, I would look at Give Kids the World.
