Servers to request?

Okay, I finally know where I'm going to eat three or four weeks from now (whew!)
Now I'm looking for anybody superbly outstanding you'd all recommend at the restaurants listed below - whether it's service, attitude, helpfulness, sense of humor, patience, whatever...

Artist Point
Coral Reef
Kona Cafe
Le Cellier
Turf Club

I'm aware that ALL requests at Disney are simply requests, and that this one in particular is subject to a variety of "ifs": if that server is working that night, if there's a table available in his/her section without an extraordinary wait; if she/he is still at that venue...

Disclaimer: while I'm well aware starting a thread doesn't mean I "own" it, I would appreciate only positive recommendations; i.e. no "make sure you DON'T get __ as your server" Thanks!

We ate at Coral Reef on Thursday and our waiter was "V" (he had a long name staring with V, so he told us to call him V) and he was very good--friendly, prompt, professional, etc.

Oh Ronda....we all like you, we really, really do!!! I think I'm going to have to start writing down the servers names. I can never remember them when I get home. And I've had some really good ones. Had a terrific one at Alfredo's in May, a terrific young lady at Artist Point awhile ago, our server at WCC was hysterical. Mental note to self...write down names on Oct trip!!!

Greg, in his late 20's was outstanding at the Kona Cafe on 8/26, I would highly recommend him.

LOL - don't worry, Diane! I'm only going to start writing down names this time too, which is too bad because I've had great servers at Kona, Concourse and Olivia's (and one at Prime Time who thought I was a little odd because I wanted him to play "airplane" with my green beans )

Besides, you only like me because I side with you on the Transportation board - go ahead, admit it, I won't be hurt

Le Cellier - Paul or Patrick are both very good servers and very attentive!! i would highly recommend them!

We just got back and had a fabulous meal at Artist point this past Tuesday. Our waiter was Gary and he was great, funny, great with suggestions for wine or menu items...we loved him.

Can I have any non-alcoholic beverage, or just Coke/iced tea-type stuff?
eta: Can I just request "BuffaloGal", and the Host/ess will know where to seat me?

At Coral Reef - ask for Riley. The best service we've ever had at Disney

We had Paul at lunch at Coral Reef a month ago. I never remember their names, but he was very good and I made a point to remember his name.

We had Mel at Kona Cafe for dinner a few weeks ago. She was very friendly and an excellent server!
