Servers in WDW: Min Wage? Less than? More than?

Hi, Everyone:

My daughter used to be a server when she was in college, not at Disney but at an upscale Italian restaurant. She was paid less than minimum wage and basically counted on tips to get through the week. Luckily her tips were good -- she LOVED her customers so much -- even the regulars who were lousy tippers. : )

She traveled with me to WDW last year and enjoyed interacting with the servers as much as she enjoyed the rest of Disney! Needless to say, we left great tips. : )

Anyway, she asked me to ask everyone here: Do you know if the servers in Disney are also paid min. or less? She said that in Florida servers are paid less than min. wage, but she wasn't sure about Disney.
