My DH is celiac so he needs to be GF and DD is GF, Diary, Egg and Lobster free. Disney does a great job training their chefs and serving staff. They take it all very seriously. Only had one occasion at Disney hotel where it wasn't done seriously and when the manager came over to check on things we told him and he went to insure all was done correctly. Buffets are handled just as well you just need to let them know when you go in and they get someone to assist you through the line to get food. We really have never had to worry when we travel with Disney by land or ship.
