Server is to busy

When is this going to be taken care of? In the last few weeks, I've had this appear more than I have ever seen on any site. How come the server here is always too busy, but never so busy that the advertisements still show? Why are the other sites available? It's really getting frustrating. I spend more than 1/2 my time here getting the server is too busy. This is not a good use of anyone's time.

That is something that you may want to ask the Webmasters.

The ads are not processor/database dependant.

Why are the other sites available?

It's really getting frustrating. I spend more than 1/2 my time here getting the server is too busy.

We all are under the same umbrella. It is being worked on.
