Sericel Certificate of Authenticity

Hello! I am hoping someone can guide me, here! I purchased a limited-edition, Winnie the Pooh and the Honey tree Sericel, 20 years ago from a local Disney Store. It has never been on display, and it is still in the original, padded box, and has the $250.00 price tag attached. I would like to sell it, but I seem to have misplaced the COA. This may sound like a silly question, but I am wondering if there is any way to replace it? I am even wondering if it will be sellable without the COA. Does anyone have any knowledge of these things, or can you lead me in the right direction, please? Thank you!
