We've never had a problem finding an umbrella. 5 times there. Sometimes you may need to walk down the beach a bit, but there's plenty of loungers/umbrellas.Is it ever an issue to find a few nice loungers under an umbrella at SB? I know that the family beach got very crowded when we were there... If we were to play at the family beach in the morning and then head over to SB would it be tough to find a nice spot?

We have been there a few times that chairs and umbrellas were at a premium
Even the chance of seeing a shark in the water with me will keep me on the FB side for my cabana! I'll pay the extra for the protected water of the family beach and take my chance by tram for lunch at SBSerenity Bay is very nice. My wife and I spent some time there on our cruise in June. It's very peaceful compared to the family beach. Just keep in mind that there are more shark sightings at Serenity Bay than at the family beach. However, your chances of being viscously attacked by a shark at Serenity Bay are very low. Have a great cruise!
