I'm planning on booking a golden forest room shortly for nov, just wanted to check on something first. We don't travel light and last nov at DLH the porter had 11 bags and other large items to take to our room. Does sl offer the luggage portering too? Or even trollies so we can do it ourselves? Have only ever stayed DLH x3 and HNY x3 and they both had this service. (All other times been offsite so nothing to compare it to)

Wow, I am presuming you drive or something, as how would you get all that on a flight?

Anyway, in answer, yes, if you are staying GF at SL, portering is included both at check in and check out.

Yes we drive, that included laptop bag, potty for my son and our electric cool box. Plus 3 bags of shopping from auchan.
