September Weight Loss Challenge!

OK, forgive my ignorance, but now what do we do? Aside from losing weight of course! :lmao:
Does this Thread just keep going through September? Is there a point where we document what we have accomplished?
I'm new to WISH, so I don't know.


You can post here at any time during this month to let me know when you've had a weight loss, and I'll show it in the list on Page 1. For example, you want to lose 10 pounds this month, so if you weigh yourself next week and see that you've lost 2 pounds, post that here and I'll go back put this: 2/10 next to your name, to show that so far you've lost 2 out of 10 pounds :)

Count me in for five. I've lost 25 in the last year. But have been sitting at that for quite awhile. Thanks.
 

I weighed in this morning and I was down 1.5 pounds so that puts me at 1.5/8 for September. :woohoo:
 
Can I join? Even with our trip coming up, I think I can lose a pound a week. Count me in for 4! :thumbsup2
