September Park Hours? And Extra Hours?

Hi everyone I am trying to plan my dinner reservations for our trip Sept 1-5, but park hours aren't out yet. Does anyone know when they will be? Also do extra magic night hours follow any set schedule? Like Epcot Thursday night...etc. Thanks!!

Hopefully July 1, that's what a CM told me last week. It makes planning ahead a pain in the neck!
