I've been checking National almost daily. In the past week my 1 week rental has gone down again & again & again! Yesterday it was down from Sunday & it's down again today!

So for September 7-14th at Dolphin, w/EA contract code & nd41 coupon I'm at $119.58!! Wooo hoo!!

Assuming you only need the one week rental and an intermediate car, it is the same price (with the same code/coupon) at MCO. Just in case you would rather pick the car up at the airport.

Does anyone know if you rent a car from them at Disneyworld how do you pick up and drop off the vehicle and get back to your resort. Is there a shuttle? I plan on using disney transportation but am thinking of going to Sea World for a day.

I'm part of the Emerald Aisle so there is a contract code to use & the coupon code nd41 is from the National website. It's for $20 off for one week rental. If you go to mousesavers.com, you can see lots of codes/coupons for many car rentals. They should work at any National, you wouldn't need to change from CCC to use them. Good luck!

I believe there is a shuttle if you rent from the Car Care Center in Disney World, but for Dolphin there isn't a shuttle. I'm planning on being at MGM the day we pick up & take the boat to the Dolphin. Then when we return the car, we can just grab any of the busses to somewhere magical!

Thanks! I'm in the Emerald Club too, I just never remember the contract code! Anyway, I just repriced my reservation and even after adding a day, it came out $40 cheaper! And I was able to keep it at the CCC!! Woo hoo!!

Make sure you try the FL10P (Florida only 10% off) contract ID. For my Sept 20-Oct 4 convertible rental, it worked out WAY (over 50%) cheaper than the EA contract ID.

me too! but this gives me hope. could our discounts be right around the corner. I'm booked with dollar right now as the rate was very low over the weekend, but would prefer national or even alamo as I have grab and run at both of them.

Actually I found National had dropped too. I just reserved a SUV with them for $359/total (11 days starting Oct. 16), about $10 more than Alamo. The funny thing is if I left the contract ID for the Emerald Club that they put in there - it didn't give any sort of discount. If I used the Contract ID on Mousesavers for the Emerald Club then it gave me 10% off. Strange...

Strange indeed... I was getting like $1200 for a convrtible with the Emerald Club code (the default one, not the one from mousesavers.com), and the FL10P brought it down to $490... just checked again, and the FL10P price has jumped to about $650, but the Emerald code is still in the $1200 range (this is for a convertible... for anything else, it FL10P doesn't seem to be a very good rate).

Yeah and the other problem is, that weekly rental code doesn't work for the 8-person minivan. Uplander yes, Sienna no.

Have any of you used the AAA code from Mousesavers without a AAA card? It is giving me a MUCH better rate than any of the other codes. Still $248 in mid October, but better than I've been getting before today by $100-$150!
