I'm BACK!!!! Had a wonderful trip & a good summer. Now it's time to "FALL" back into better eating habits & enjoy exercising in cooler weather! Thanks again to Rose & CC for covering July & August! :hug:

As usual commit to as few or as many minutes of exercise as you wish to challenge yourself to do. Please post here something like "I'm at 21/400" or just 310/1000. That way I don't have to search to add up all your numbers.

With school starting, a WDW trip (ya! :yay: ), then subsequently being tied to my desk when I return (ugh! :headache: ) I think I need to set a more realistic goal for September. Here's to maintaining! :thumbsup2

I'm going to cut back to 1500 this month.
We are tapering for a race this weekend and at the end of the month we will be tapering for W&D!

Okay, we'll be on vacation from Sept 8-19th, :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:, and I have two whopper projects due on the 8th, so I'm going to be realistic this time and say 1,000. That way, when I come back from our trip, I won't quit my workouts like I usually do!

I'm here! 1300 min for me again this month!

I'm making 2 promises to myself this month to insure that I will do better that last month. 1) I will set up a proper log to record my daily min TODAY so I will know at all times where I stand and 2) I will come here AT LEAST once a week - preferably more often - to keep me accountable. No excuses! :cheer2:

Julie, welcome back! You do a great job running this challenge, as did your helpers the past 2 months.

Trying this AGAIN.

440 minutes for September -

20 minutes 4x/week before work
30 minutes/weekend

sounds easy enough, but my get-up-and-go has got up and went
 
I'm going to try this again, I really need it.
We'll start small at 15 minutes a day.

So, 0/450 right now.
 
9-1 90 mins boot camp + cardio
9-2 75 mins core + cardio
9-3 I took the day off! :)
 
I'm at 220/1300 so far this month.

The bad news is that I still don't have a regular log set up yet. I'm really going to do it tonight since the "back of an old envelope system" didn't seem to work to well for me last month! :scared1:
 
September 3 - 65 cardio
September 4 - 60 strength
September 5 - 0 (day off)
September 6 - 70 cardio
