September Dining Special Questions

I noticed that the onsite resorts have a September Dining Special. It shows a three course price fixe menu for $33. I know the participating restaurants, but I am looking for more info.

Has anyone tried this?
Are your 3 courses limited to only certain menu items, and if so, which ones?

Choose from Mama Della's Ristorante, Trattoria del Porto, Bice Ristorante, The Kitchen, The Palm Restaurant, Islands Dining Room, Emeril's Tchoup Chop. We did this at the Hard Rock Hotel's the Kitchen.
You ask the hostess about it and you get a separate special menu.

It was really good food and value. If we didn't have the dining plan we would have gone to more of these.

They are set menus, of between 2 and 4 choices depending on the restaurant.
