September Busy Month at MS

I was looking through some old VM issues and found something from last year. There was a reminder that September is a very popular time for members to book their vacations. It is the second busiest month at Member Services. They cautioned that there might be longer wait times. They suggested calling on the least busy days --- Thursdays and Fridays --- and using e-mail or fax whenever possible.

I'd use fax or email, IF they looked at the time received and processed them ahead of any later phone calls. However, it seems to me that they do the phone calls first, and use the fax / email as fill in work during the day when phone calls are slow.

I sure hope they get an on-line reservation system soon for us.
