We will land in Orlando Saturday morning at 10am.... Not sure what to do in Orlando for 2 day, I want to have fun but i don't want to spend too much.. any suggestions?Who's leaving their house the day of the cruise? Who is leaving before that day and where are you going? We are leaving our house at 8:30 AM the day of the cruise
I think its at the WDW resort... and I pray that your leaving out of midway airport, I'm leaving outta O'hare (I hate it).
Disney Springs (the old Downtown Disney) is worth considering. Free of charge and lots of shops/places to visit. Springs has put together some really good restaurants too. Another thing we do (when we don't go to the parks) is do the monorail loop. Get off at each resort and explore. Then hop on and got to the next resort. We will land in Orlando Saturday morning at 10am.... Haha yes I refuse to go to O'Hara unless it's necessary Bradman. We are in Oak Lawn so Midway is a no brainer for us. GOOD LUCK!!!

Sweet one trip down Cicero and your there! I'm in pretty much the same area (southburb), so i have to jump on the 294 all the way to O'hare.

Please do!We may attend too!
I know what you mean. All of our 14 Disney Cruises started here at our home in Delray Beach Fl. 169.5 miles from our front door to the DCL terminal. 2 hours 15 minutes to get there (depending on the traffic). Like driving to WDW, I know all the milestones along the way. Each milestone gets us closer and closer. The biggest milestone is getting off I-95 onto SR 528. Only a few minutes until the tall bridges where you can see her for the first time. Still takes my breath awayHome isn't all that far away either... just feels forever away when you are so excited to get there!![]()

Us too. We live in New Port Richey, but we're staying in Cocoa Beach Sunday.Exactly! We are just a hop, skip and a jump away from Tampa.![]()
We have to travel from Ohio!
Us too! We're flying in the day before and staying at the Hyatt in the airport. May hit Disney Springs, not sure yet.
We just got home last night from a long weekend trip to WDW- stayed at the Animal Kingdom Lodge. Great time but now I feel ready to focus on the cruise!![]()
Sometimes you get right in and sometimes you wait forever. Crazy. Everyone is so nice at DVC.I have a weeklong stay at Jambo AFTER the cruise with some girlfriends. Unfortunately, my sister had to cut her time short, so I've been on wait time calling DVC to cancel some of the plans we had. So far, it's been a 20 minute wait.
