My son likes all the characters (not any 1 in particular), but hes a fan of all pirate stuff..so thats a safe bet! Since his birthday is the day of the pirate deck party (the 3rd), im excited for him!

For those of you who have done the FE before, do u think the pouches on the actual FE are ok at 6 inches by 6 inches each? or should the pouches be wider? deeper?

I don't have ours right in front of me, but a ruler is close by and 6x6 might be a tad small. I wouldn't fret about it because people can just place the gifts on the ground if the pocket is too small. Perhaps others who have done this more than me will chime in.

BTW, I PM'd you about names. But it was my first ever PM so I may have not been successful!

Our FE pockets are each 5in long and 8in across. We have 2 pockets and a name area, the same size, above them. 6x6 should be fine, and if it is too small, as the OP said gifts can be placed by your door.

Good morning cruisers! The cruise is getting closer and closer!!

I have completed the design for the name badges for the lanyards! The lanyards are for all disboarders and those traveling with you. Please make sure the first names of all guests is spelled correctly on the roll call sheet, and please make sure i have your room number in case we dont find each other earlier.

How does a disboards meet and greet on embarkation day at 3:00 above Donald's Pool (deck 12 midship)? This will give us an opportunity to meet everyone, and you will be able to pick up your lanyards.

Yes! it's getting so close & i'm getting so nervous cuz i have soooo much to do before then!! including starting our school year! & FE stuff too!

about the meet-up... i'm not sure if that would interfere with the DVC get-together. last year they did it around the same time or maybe 2:30. assuming the time on my camera was correct... i have a pic of my kids at the DVC meet at 2:20 pm. i think at least 1 other family is also DVC & may want to attend that. But don't feel like u have to change plans on my account! Especially cuz i'm not sure if it will still be that same time. Just wanted to mention it.

Yay!! So excited to have u join us!! I have been hoping for a few more groups!! No, it's not too late to participate! we figured the 1 month mark would be a good cut-off. But even after that, some of us would try to accommodate if possible.

I am having special lanyards made for the cruise, so please make sure i get the first names of all those traveling with you, even if they're in other staterooms. Also, please let me know your stateroom number in case we don't meet up before setting sail. That way I can get you your lanyards.

Would 3:15 or 3:30 work better? I am not sure what the times are for the muster drill or sailway. I'm game with any time really. I'll also be handing out lanyards at the port.

Absolutely! As half of a not-so-young couple with no kiddos (well, no kiddos going on the cruise with us), it is definitely appropriate for you to participate in the FE if you'd like!

Just make sure to let us know you're joining and to provide your cabin number so we know where to deliver our gifts to you. Names and favorite characters are sometimes helpful for those of us who like to personalize their gifts.

Totally awesome for you to join the FE fun! My husband and I don't have any kids either--we're just big kids, as you said, and we participate in the FE every time. We are in our mid 20s. On all of our cruises we have been seated with other couples or groups our age (or close) at dinner--Maybe we'll be seated together!

Yeah, Disney is just about the only place I will do a race longer than a 10K.

Has anyone on here been on the Dream before and done the champagne tasting? I'm curious about the price and if it's worth it (if one appreciates champagne).
