When I look in my Disney app for September 23rd, every location at WDW lists 7pm to midnight as 'Special Event Hours'. Does anyone know what this is?

I know that's a MNSSHP day - but in the My Disney Experience app, for September 23, 2016, if I click on Park Hours & Info, EVERY park and EVERY other location, including Disney Springs and the ESPN complex have 7pm to 12am listed as 'Special Event Hours'. Not Extra Magic Hours - those are also listed for the parks they are specific to. This seems to be a special event all over WDW, and I'm asking if anyone knows what this could possibly be.

I'm looking at my phone now. Only park with special event is MK. DHS has EMH 7:30 to 9:30. Everything else normal, so yours must be a glitch.

It's also a particularly expensive MNSSHP and no one seems to know why.

I know why... because it irritates people when don't know why. Disney can price however they want. It's a business not a welfare program. Sorry... I'm mean.

I'm not irritated, and I personally have no problem with the price. A lot of people are just confused as to why that particular Friday is more expensive than any other in September. It's a seemingly random date to jack the price by a considerable margin...naturally people are going to question it.

Doesn't matter to me why it's more expensive - that's the best weekend for us to go so I'll pay it :earsboy:
