Wow. It sounds like we can have our own event on the Magic.
Mixology 101.

Where is this event going to be held?
Probably near the beverage station?

My latest drink to make at home is the Cape Cod Margherita

I use the low cal margarita (Mix only)
Cranberry Juice
Tequila
Grand Marnier

In a salted rim glass add crushed ice 3/4 way to top.
In mixing glass add ice
add 1 shot tequila
1/2 shot Grand marinier
equal parts margarita mix and cranberry juice
shake like you are doing the mojito dance
Strain mixture from mixing glass to salted rim glass
Garnish with Lime

Enjoy

I will be meeting Mike and his better half <G> for dinner tonight. Looking forward to meeting and having dinner. Will be a practice dinner since I linked with them for the cruise LOL.

Next week I am flying up to Philly on Tuesday and return home on Fri. Our corp office is in Philly and I will be attending some trainings. I doubt esp at this point that I will take my laptop so won't be posting or reading post until I return home. the less I have to carry or deal with when flying the better. Already will have suitcase, purse, and backpack that holds travel chair battery charger, the chair controls once I get on the plane etc... To deal with a briefcase just seems to much this time. I know I could check my suitcase but I don't trust it arriving with me in Philly <G>

Hope all have a good week and if I don't get back before Tuesday to touch base, will do so after Friday.

Wahoo!!! Anthony's team has now won their last 5 games and tomorrow night will be playing for the Championship once again!! Hopefully the outcome will be better than their last tournament. While they did a great job, and I am very proud of them taking second place, this game means so much more as it is on their own Home Field. We play tomorrow night and I will be the crazy lady with my Camera pacing back and forth.

Just checking in on the Dis posts. As usual plenty to read and it's great to hear everyone is getting prepared for Sept.
We tried to book some excursions on Thursday night, but had problem with disney cruiseline website. Kept getting messages that they were having technical difficulties. Will try again tomorrow.

Had a wonderful dinner with Marsha, Kathy, Katie and myself at the Olive Garden here in Orlando.

It was so hot it was hard to catch your breath. Drinking tons of liquids to stay hydrated. Going to try to get to Universal earlier in the morning. Mike

I too had a great time meeting you guys and chatting. Katie is such a sweetheart.

I know now not to wear makeup esp mascara to dinner each night as it will be rolling down my face from laughing so much.

You both are characters, and to hear about Cathy/Art, well then add Ellouise and me I doubt there will be even a minute someone if not all are laughing.

Now that we have had our practice run for dinner, i am so ready for the cruise and dinner's with you guys.

Well, another tournament over. We took second place. They played hard and were only 3 runs away from tieing it. It was a tough loss, but the kids took it in stride. Hey, we can just say we are saving the best for last! We have one more tournament that starts Wednesday and hopefully we can place there also.

Mike & Marsha, I am glad that you all had a great time. These boards have made so many new friends, I think that is great!!
