Let me start by stating that I hate asking speculative questions, but there are a lot of people with wisdom here so I thought I'd break my own rule.

I'm planning a four-day trip to DLR 4-7 September this year, arriving around noon on Tuesday and departing late morning Friday.

In previous years, park hours have been short and entertainment, especially evening shows, has been greatly reduced. Whar are the chances of management, in response to expected crowds because of the revamped DCA, increasing park hours and evening entertainment offerings in early September? This is the same week as Labor Day.

I'd like to hear everyone's speculations, too.

I will speculate that hours will be short like they normally are. DL 10AM-8PM. DCA longer in years past but maybe 10AM-8PM or 7PM.

If Disney gets an idea crowds will be bigger they may increase hours. Maybe when they see hotel bookings?

My husband and I were there last October and DL closed every day at 6, DCA closed at 8. We were rather disappointed because we wanted to stay out later but with crowd levels being reduced we were still able to do everything we wanted to do.
