Our countdown is down to 48 days today!!! I know some of your countdowns must be getting SO close as we don't go until the end of the month....

I did some sewing today. I made the girls Winnie the Pooh dresses to wear for Crystal Palace.....

I usually use ribbon for the straps, but decided to try using leftover material instead...it was just too cute not to use....

I also ordered my husband's "Captain Hook" costume for MNSSHP...things are coming together!!!!

Awww! I love them! You have some serious talent! All of this girly stuff is just so darn cute. Alas, I have two boys and no girls.

I hope you all get to see all the characters you are looking for! We headed over to DHS the other afternoon and got to see P&F!

Being a central FL resident, most of our neighbors and friends don't understand why we would want to brave the crowds, melt in the heat, and put ourselves through the torture of WDW in the summer. I've tried to explain how there is something for everyone in every season there, but they don't "get it". So glad mystT started the Central Florida DISboards group!

AP rates came out this past week, and we were able to score 2 more weekends. We are now staying at WDW an extended weekend every month until Christmas! The Sept and Oct stays are only 2 weeks apart!

Oh, there is a Central Florida DISboards group? Do you have a link or where I can search for it? I searched for mystT but nothing came up?

Awesome! I found it yesterday, but didn't realize it was the same one. I also found the FB group and requested to join. I am not able to go to this meet, but would for sure be interested in the next.

It looks like we will be returning to the world sooner than expected after our september trip. We will be back at the end of Sept 2012 for another 10 day trip as usual but my cousins want to visit wdw and universal on our joint family trip! Im excited bc it will be a totally different experience. For one, we are staying offsite, renting a car and probably only visitng disney for 2 or 3 days. Usually this would devastate me but i know im getting my 10 day fix so this is just an added bonus! We booked the hotel this morning for the beginning of march so now i have lots of planning to do to tide me over till september! DH doesnt understand how i planned the next vacation when we havent even gone on this one yet! I just had to share with my fellow disers bc i am super excited with this news!!

Yeah - that's exciting - friend of mine wanted to do a girls weekend in April but won't have enough vacay time by then but we are headed back next Sept so I'll have my fix lol

I think you're right. I'm on verizon and the app had the verizon logo in it. Corporate partnerships can be good or bad depending on which side you're on.

Can you add us to the list? This is the first time I noticed a September thread! I usually hang around the August one. We are arriving on August 26th but are staying until September 5th at the CBR. Its getting so close but I know the next couple weeks are going to DRAG!

Awww, that's okay! I have Mousewaits, Mouseworld Radio, Lines, WDW Maps, Disney gift card tracker, WDW Dining, a Disney Countdown AND WDW Pics among my current apps. I think I am all set!

Peachydreamy, that's awesome! I wouldn't mind hitting the parks in March, I love the cooler weather so it would be ideal for me. I checked out airfare today, JIC we decided to fly. I would definitely prefer two hours in the air to the 8 hour drive. The rates were It was so bad that I priced it coming from my hometown (South Bend, IN), and it was CHEAPER than coming from SC, despite being more than twice as many miles. So, we're definitely driving! Guess that's good, though, the DDs will be doing homework on the way down to FL, so I can be designated tutor if necessary.

Sorry, yes this is a VERIZON ONLY APP! But honestly after looking it, besides having the character finder, the touring plans app is better

I've been a bit hit or miss on the boards b/c my computer has been giving me fits. Well, my darling DH took me to the Apple store on Saturday and got me a new Mac book pro! So now I should be able to feed my Dis addiction on a more regular basis. Of course I have to take classes on how to use it since I had a PC before.
