September 2008 2008 ADR Wanted/Trade/Exchange/Cancelled

i need ress for 3 or 4 at LeCellier Sept 3rd Dinner around 7pm

I am new to The DisBoards So I cannot PM yet. so if anybody has LeCell and can PM me that would be great. I have to trade: a Tusker House Breakfast for 4 on Aug31 8:05am, or Akershus Character breakfast for 4 on Sept 1st. 8:35am. I AM NOT CANCELLING THESE BUT I FEEL I SHOULD OFFER SOMETHING FOR THE LE CELLIER DINNER AND WILL ONLY GIVE UP AS A TRADE. Sorry!

Well, I had lost my list of confirmation numbers for my ADRs and called to get them tonight only to find that there was a total MESS made with my ADRs. I had many that were supposed to have been canceled quite some time ago, but weren't and also a few that I never even made! Luckily we got it sorted out but ended up with extras that needed to be canceled. Here's is what we just canceled about 5 minutes ago......
9/1 Ohana 7:05pm
9/8 Boma 10:05am
9/7 Crystal Palace 3something
9/9 WCC 5:35pm
9/8 Prime Time 8pm

All are for a party of 4

I would've posted these to offer up and call and fix, but the CM mentioned that they were "threatening" to go through and cancel double bookings so I had to just go ahead and get them off of my number to secure that my ADRs wouldn't be canceled. Although honestly, from the mess that was made with my ADRs without my knowledge, I really have no faith in their ADR system now! I had ADRs booked for days way before my check in date! So I KNOW that I didn't call and make these and forget to cancel them. Ugh.

I called yesterday to add 1 more ADR. The CM I had was anything but enthusiastic about her job.

She repeated EVERYTHING 4 times yet still kept asking me same questions.

Then she gives me my confirmation #:

I point out that all of my other conf. # have 8 digits and this one only has 6?? She sighs and says it's:
#xx469xxx

WHAT? I say!! I ask her to repeat that because there are different numbers in the 2nd number. She says, "who are you and what date because my screen has already cleared."

Kid you not, she pulls up the ADR and it's yet another COMPLETELY different combination of numbers!!!! I tell her that I am really concerned that she has given me 3 entirely diff #'s and she cuts me off and tells me to hava a magical day and hangs up.

Just an FYI: The "Meet & Eat" thread has been moved to the Dis Meets sub-board, which you can find by scrolling way down on the main page. I am hoping to get it moved back over here to the Restaurants board, as I feel like there may have been a simple misunderstanding about its purpose that caused it to be moved. Call back and speak to someone else, I have had some less than enthusiastic CMs as well as ones I could not understand and ones that could not understand me, I just say okay well thank you good bye, call back...
