Sad news to share ...our beloved akita, Nikko, passed away in her sleep last Friday. I cry every time I find one of her bones buried under a pile of leaves or in the back of the car. Quincy (dd-5) told me yesterday that Nikko was laying beside her when she woke up yesterday morning and that God had put her there, then she just disappeared. So sweet!

Laurie, Mike and Quincy,
So sad to hear about your beloved pup. They are so much a part of our lives. We are thinking of you.

We didn't make it to the wine and cheese festival. We got as far as the EPCOT exit and turned around and came home. My tummy was just too upset from the antibiotics the Dr. put me on. I know the rest of the crew had a great time and we look forward to seeing the pictures and attending next year.

I'm busy cooking! Since the family is all going to be around this weekend and I won't feel like cooking, I'm cooking ahead. Made a tuna casserole, chili, working on the sauce for lasagna and boiling up a chicken for chicken soup. It will keep them fed and away from Stavros'(our local pizza joint). My daughter calls their pizza "pizza crack".

GO ELAINE! Keep us posted.

Ivan... Steelers?? What Steelers? I think the REAL Steelers were sucked into space and replaced by aliens who know nothing about how to play football......

So.. sounds like the gang had a good time at the Food & Wine and Party for the Senses. YUM! Can't wait to see pictures! We'll be heading up to catch the last of the F&W this weekend, along with the Festival of the Masters ...and Lakeridge Winery's Holiday Festival. The Super Soap Weekend is also going on .. but we avoid that like the plague!!

I said I would post and so I will.....but do not want to go into all the details here....suffice it to say that Tom will be starting chemo again....not sure whether we will stay in Boston or try Sloane Kettering, or one of the other biggies...not the best news...and I do not want to bring us all down here...If you want further information or want to give me any ideas, please feel free to email me or pm me.....other than that, please keep him in your prayers.....thanks..

Marsha and Tommy, Bill and I are thinking of you

Here's a picture just before the Osborne lights lit up last Sunday.

I wanted to share my wine cellar door with the people who helped make it possible. The corks on the door are from Bill and I, the westbound and eastbound repo cruises, the wine & cheese meet at OKW, the 11 day cruise, DisneyPinDiva's DH and Tigger&Bubba's DSIL.

Also, I picked something up on the 7 night cruise and finally mounted it. Here's evidence that it doesn't hurt to ask.

We have been very busy with the sale of our house, if something could go wrong it has, but it is still progressing. Readers Digest version, just the start, Had lot corners surveyed and marked, learned that part of our neighbors house was on our property. Property lines marked by the developer were different than what was filed with the County, Kind of a mess, and so it goes, there is more and seems like something every day, It has been nuts,

Concierge Staff at OKW is great as we have burnt up their fax machine. LOL

Just Breathing In , Breathing Out, and moving on…….

Dive show goes well, getting updated etc.

WDW is very busy, kinda surprised, Something they call Jersey Week.

Hope that the sale goes a little more smoothly for you both....I know when we sold our house 3 years ago to move to Cape Cod, the buyers were not easy....we got through it though and you will too...just a few more gray hairs..

Jersey Week is not easy at WDW......hope that you get around ok and you are right, breathe in, breathe out....I am doing a lot of that too..
