I so did not need to hear that. I've had a number of MRIs over the years, and always struggle with them. I hate being in the tube - don't need to be sedated, but close.

So, Neurologist wants me to go have a new scan at a brand new 3-Tessla machine. And, for the first time, he wants it done with contrast. So, on Weds morning, I get to go have it done. Guess it is time for the anxiety to start kicking in...

Ooo, Tony. Sorry to hear that. Vicki and I are hoping everything will be ok.

I've had 2 MRI's in my life ... only 1 in the 'tube' though. It will probably be my last too. Although it was before the movie came out, it was a very close visual if you think of Mr. Incredible going into the transport tube! OK, maybe you didn't need that visual!

Corwin17, what kind of fan are you? I can only think of baseball and basketball teams there. Plus former football teams (Raiders, Rams)

Good Luck Tony! I will be thinking of you too. There are all different types of contrast studies they can do. We'll just think positive. Mine is the week after yours We pirates are a tough lot. Leave your socks on it gets cold in there.
