Everything except buttered popcorn popcorn:: I still remember my first bender in college. Can't drink rum to this day and it's been many, many years :rolleyes1

I'm that way with beer. I know, I know, I'm from Wisconsin, I should drink beer, but I can't stand the stuff. It wasn't really a bender, it was cleaning up after one :sad2:

Good morning everyone! Wow, you were busy last night.

We finally got Big's test results back last night. Definately a neurological problem, vet will start him on some meds to eliminate seizures and refer us to a specialist if need be. So..all in all, much not as bad as it could be and we are totally relieved. :thumbsup2

Hopefully the meds will do the trick :thumbsup2 At least you know what it is and they can treat it. :goodvibes

Well, good morning Tracy. Hope you have a great day off (or working from home). Bob is working from home today also, lol, right up until cocktail hour..lol

We are going up north today so no work for me :cool1: If it doesn't rain, we plan to kayak today and tomorrow. Can't wait!! :yay:

The only work I do from home on Fridays is check e-mail and very occasionally take a phone call. I do that so that no one can say I should work on Fridays because they need me there. I'm accessible so I can be anywhere! Including on a cruise :woohoo:

Anyone going scuba diving in St. Kitts? Robb thought we should change our plans and maybe do it there. Any suggestions?

RE: upgrades: Well not posting didn’t work. I wonder where I put that voodoo witch doctor’s number????

Sailing on DVC points so I think that is a deterrent for the upgrade. Hey we are sailing with some pretty KEWL people. :cool1:

Actually it will be our first time not on Deck 7 and the location will be interesting, we really like the Nav Veranda staterooms, I don’t worry as much about the dive equipment being blown off. Our vernada usually looks like we took in some laundry so as to pay for the cruise.

Celeste, DCL is offering SCUBA excursions on St Thomas, St Lucia and Barbados. I guess you could arrange your own on St Kitts, we did that twice, the 1st time was in Nassau, went over and dove with Stuart Cove, just too rushed to get back to the ship. The second time was better, as it was a private dive trip, and the folks we were with operated the chase boat to run folks out to the ship if they were late in St Thomas.

Gotta do some research to see what fins and wet suit to take. Water temps etc... I might be brave and bring a shorty.

We are diving on all three offerings, St Lucia is the one that is peaking my interest. A lot will depend on where that take us. I really wish DCL would tell us who the dive operators will be so I could check them out.

Really looking forward to the short weekend, travel on Sunday.

Welcome Aboard you new folks, be not afraid, jump on in. Go to Page 1 post 5 for all the groovy happenings.

Have a good prospect on selling the house, will know later next week, friends fell upon some hard times and we may be able to help them out. Will give them a great deal. Maybe that will give us the good karma for a groovy upgrade. LOL.

Just putting it together, my guess is that sailing is rather sparse, TA deal out the wazoo, etc etc. It would not surprise me if this group comprised a big portion of guests.

Cheryl, glad to hear the more positive news about your pup. Such a relief. :thumbsup2

PIT hope the repairs are going well.

Note to self, buy Caribbean Rum futures before this trip. :teeth:

That is good news Cheryl. I hope the meds do the trick.

Sounds like a blast. When I lived up there we used to go canoeing all the time...loved it.

Did you live in the LaCrosse area? Or somewhere else? We're going to Nekoosa, but actually the Town of Rome. Helping my sister out and taking some photos of the properties she's selling on one of the lakes up there. Always looks cool from a kayak's perspective. I grew up in Wisconsin Rapids, just north of there.

Might have to give that a try. I'm not a real conniseur (sp?) but I know there is a difference. :teeth:

Cheryl: Where is this Tiajuana Taxi place???? Can you tell I don't get out much! We go to ale house where the Captain & Coke is $2 too Or we stay home and pour our own.... SO much better...:rotfl: Glad to hear that Big will be okay. We had a golden years ago that had something similar. Vet put her on Valium....LOL.... handy... since sometimes Mom needed it too....:rotfl2: Unfortunately she was not covered on the prescription plan :lmao:

You mean this formal wear Tony?

Sorry to hear that the MRI didn't go well for you. Your wife talked to my hubby, but nobody told me anything.

That would be the one. I have everything ready, but the main piece. Crossing my fingers that they get it done in time.

Hmmm - Adrienne and Steve not passing info along? There is a shock! :lmao:

Today is Hawaiian Shirt Day at my office - have to decide which Disney Reyn Spooner to wear.

Morning everyone!!!

I finally caught up on all the posts I missed from last night. Only took me an hour, minus the time it took me to get to work since I was reading at home before I left. :lmao:

Welcome to all our new cruisers!!!! You're in for a blast.

Cheryl, I'm glad you got good news back about your doggie. :thumbsup2

Be back later.

Tony, Thanks for keeping the Roster up to date. For you new folks get to page 1 post 5 and get on the Roster.

For you water enthusiasts I would expect water temps to be in the low 80's , about an average of 83 today for our Ports o Call.

Robb was asking why they don't do scuba on CC- I told him I didn't know. Or even SNUBA.

I have a brand new 3mm Exceed suit- very, very cool.

Maybe I'll call St. Kitts and see what I can find out...

Yeah ... we're hoping for an upgrade... or at least a shift in cabin location!
Be careful what you wish for CC. 20 foot seas could help your cabin shift....... :jumping1:

Wow, another top of the page......and here I thought I was the page ender :lmao:
