Good Evening All! Hope everyone had a great weekend.

Just stopping by online to check the boards, the e-mail and to Skype.
The weekend was quite busy.
Yesterday we went to the Covered Bridge Festival.

A great time. Lee got to look at all of the crafts and other goodies
and Tippy & I ate our way thru. Porkchops, elephant ears, sausages, icecream. Yummm!
Sorry we missed minniemouse71 there.
The weather was sunny and just a bit cool. Was a great day.

I fixed black angus bugers that had vidalia onions in them along with mushroom gravy and sauteed onions. Boiled corn on the cob and green beans. Mike

We love the food network. Have you tried Rachel Rays Turkey Curry Burgers...they are fantastic. Emeril's Lamb Stout Stew is also great!
