September 12, 2009 ~ Last Call for Tortola!

Hello fellow cruisemates.

For those of you that don't know me, (which should be just about everyone ). This is Jennifer48's DF.

Thanks 1Grumpy John!!

It was a last minute decision, after being stressed about the location for weeks. I did not do it at any of the places I had originally planned. Just goes to show you that there is no need to stress about it and just let it happen as it may.

It turned out perfect.

and now we are down to 2

DH & I decided not to go on the 4 night Wonder for New Years 2009/2010. It was going to cost us, for 3 ppl more then it is for this 7 night Tortola


The kick in the pants was, when I cancelled, I was told, we would lose the onboard credit and discount we received when I used the $2,000 we had paid off and added it to our Dec 2010 11 night

Well at WDW, DBF is now DF because we got engaged! He did it at the Plaza Rose Garden next to Cinderella Castle (where you take PhotoPass pics) so it looks like this cruise might end up being our honeymoon or Disneymoon cruise! Its either that or we push this cruise back and I really don't want to do that. Too much planning ahead!

Baby is here.
Sophia Tosha was born this morning. Mother and baby are doing well. I talked to our kidsthis morning and afternoon. They are both overwhelmed by the miracle of it all--this morning there was a belly, now there is a baby and Friday they get to take her home, they do not have to leave her in the hospital.

I'm looking at that land & sea tour. If it was just me and Jason I might do one of the beach ones, but my parents aren't into that, so it really limits what we can do in Tortola.
